Course Content:
The course will cover various childhood emergencies which those in charge of children might encounter including:
- Cardio-
Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) on children - Care of an unconscious child
- Choking
- Ear infections
- Asthma
- Wounds and bleeding
- Croup
- Infantile convulsions
- Head injuries
- Stings/bites
- Child associated illnesses
- Contents of a first aid kit
An opportunity to practise techniques through various realistic scenarios
Successful candidates will be awarded certificate on achievement
